Why is the top of the image on the screen displayed late?
The upper part of the image on the monitor screen is shown with a delay, resulting in such an unpleasant effect (when dragging the tab to the side):
All drivers are up to date, video cards are detected and, in principle, work. The only problem is such freezes, very noticeable in films (there the top 10-20% of the screen is so late). I tried updating the drivers and reinstalling the system - it does not help, fine graphics settings also do not solve the problem.

OS: Windows 7 x64
CPU: intel core i5 4200M
Video: intel HD 4600 + AMD HD 8750M
RAM: 8Gb
