Disk status?
Smart disk, what do you say?
Gave a night for the task - run at least 1 time from this Windows.
Produces a blue screen. 
UPD.
If I copy Windows, as it is, by migrating to another disk, will it start up normally?

Try the classics: boot from the recovery disk, run DISM and SFC (google it at times).
