Disable logging?

ext3 journaling must be disabled. there is no way to unmount fs. boot from liveseed - too. I think, maybe in some script that is loaded before mounting the fs, put a command to turn off logging? but which one, I don't know. Help.

In fstab, replace ext3 with ext2.

You did not specify an operating system. I suspect you are on Linux. But the boot font system depends on the distribution you are using. Although you yourself can look for mount and fstab in the rc.d, init.d, etc. directories.
