How to avoid error 36 in rsync?
Tell me how you can replace rsync, otherwise it often falls out with the error
rsync transfer failed: File name too long (36)
Maybe change fs so that the file name is more than 255 characters ...
Of course, I don’t want to leave ext4, but for the sake of a backup copy ready.
PS the path to the files can not be shortened in any way.

You should be fine with btrfs or reiserfs.
ext4 does have a 255 character limit.
