What analogue of the recuva program exists under linux unutu? How to recover data from ext4 hard drive?

The fact is that I have a very slow Internet connection, and I downloaded a file weighing 150mb for 5 hours. But at 90%, suddenly there was a connection break, and the download stopped. I thought about resuming the download, but suddenly the firefox browser started downloading again. I didn’t curse the firefox developers, not all of them have 64kbps, I started looking for something to restore the data. I knew that under windows there was a utility called recuva, but under linux I did not encounter such a task. I figured that it would be faster to restore the lost data, manually resume the download, download the file again !!
At 5 o'clock in the morning I think I will manage, and the benefit will give an unforgettable experience. The question is still the same: What analogue of the recuva program exists under linux unutu?

Isn't this the notorious list of 100 million consecutive non-negative integers?
So it is created on any machine where there is at least some programming language in a couple of minutes. And you don't have to download anything. Moreover, there is nothing to download (since firefox started over again, the file was reset at that moment).
And what is "linux unutu"?

I offer a very convenient extension for Firefox: https://addons.mozilla.org/uk/firefox/addon/downth...
Both resume and download from different sources at the same time, and in several streams - everything can.
And even the banal wget can resume partially downloaded files, so you can download through it.

Bacula is very good for its versatility, but demanding on the user. Although this hour I will advise Bareos (more free fork).
