How to redirect sound stream via wifi from computer to android phone to listen to sound from phone?

Good time!
There is no way to directly connect to the computer with headphones. But there is:

  1. linux computer on wifi network
  2. android phone online with wifi
  3. headphones for phone

Surely in the world of free and flexible software there are solutions to redirect the audio stream anywhere. Yes, and under android most likely there are tools for playing the stream from somewhere.
Perhaps someone faced a similar task or it was just interesting)
Thank you all!

Installed paprefs according to the instructions . There was a virtual sound output in the system sound settings. I choose it.
I installed VLC on my phone.
On the computer, I looked in the terminal where everything is streaming:

$: sudo tcpdump -n net 224.0.0.0/8 -c 1
12:43:17.658507 IP 192.168.0.185.58874 > 224.0.0.56.46542: UDP, length 1292

On the phone in vlc I select the stream tab and add the source: rtp://224.0.0.56:46542
I turn on the music on the PC and nonsense happens. either the sound is played too fast, or some other garbage. There is sound, but the feeling is as if pieces of packets are removed during rewind and are reproduced at the same time skipping a lot.
Any ideas why that is?
