Digitalocean, they blocked my access to the site and are constantly trying to steal $10, how to solve?

Hello, such a joke.
I registered with digitalocean, received a couple of dollars using a promo code, took a server for a test and tested for about 15-20 days.
And at the end of the week I think to go in and delete the servers, credit card and account if possible.
At the entrance (My pass was saved in KeePass2) it says that I’m
trying to recover the wrong username or password, it says that it was sent, but nothing came to the e-mail (Spam is also empty)
well, I thought it was an acc. removed
A couple of days pass and the first SMS arrives - Refusal - 59
No money, internet payment $ 10 digitalocean. Balance хх UAH.
and so sms come every day, the e-mail did not come and new ones do not come.
How to solve this problem?
I didn’t find chat support on their website, and I didn’t find contact information either.
