Do they withdraw money for a turned off droplet in DigitalOcean?

There are droplets that will work on schedule. If they are turned off for several days, will they charge money for them?

A disk is reserved behind the droplet, sp, percent
Yes - they are withdrawn
Only after the droplet is deleted, no money is taken
