Dell xps 15 9560 or Xaomi Notebook Pro 15.6 for web dev?

Can't select Dell xps 15 9560 or Xaomi Notebook Pro 15.6.
Options - both 16GB RAM, gtx 1050, 1920x1080.
Dell - touch screen, faster RAM, international support, more solid.
Xiaomi - zakos under mac, more cache by 2 mb, intel is stronger, keyboard is better, gestures.
From memory - Dell has 128 SSD, 1TB is normal, xaomi has 256 GB SSD.
Not for toys, where I take - the price is the same.
Web developer, what do you recommend?
