Is DDR4 better for laptop than LPDDR4X for laptop?

I came across several laptops with ddr4 RAM and laptops with Lpddr4x RAM.
And if you look at DDR4, then there is a frequency of 3200mhz,
and on LPDDR4X - 4267 mhz.
Actually the question itself: Is everything as good with LPDDR4X as it seems?
Well, supposedly if you look at the paper, then LPDDR4X is more powerful, but in fact I don’t know.
And more Question: Is it true that Intel iris xe graphics G7 96 EU's works better with LPDDR4X 4267 mhz than with DDR4 3200mhz?

For integrated graphics - the faster the RAM, the better, because the built-in memory is the RAM
