DELL monitor revisions: A00, A06, etc. Am I confused?

Monitor DELL U2312HM .
As far as I understand, everything looks like this: the manufacturer DELL releases a monitor, and then, on the fly, releases new revisions of the monitor, correcting some errors in it (lights, CE, etc.). Accordingly, as I understand it, the last revision will be the best? That is, A06? Consultants in stores and citizens on the forums completely confused. Here are different opinions:
1) A00 is the latest revision. Allegedly, DELL later began to release the newest and corrected monitors under revision A00.
2) Revision A06 for the black color of the monitor does not exist in nature. refuted
3) A06 revisions have never been imported to Ukraine. refuted
Calling the shops of the city (millionaire, not muhosransk) gave the following: almost everywhere revision A00. In one place I found revision A06, but gray, I need black. Another shop said they have the A06 but with a 1 year warranty instead of 3. One online store sent the goods saying “look at what revision is already there and, if it fits, take it.”
Questions for Khabarovsk residents:
1) Is it true that the latest versions of monitors are produced under A00? Argument in this favor: the box with A00 is dated later than with A06. I haven’t seen it live, it’s from words.
2) Is it true that only gray monitors are available in A06? refuted
3) Is revision a change in hardware or software?
4) Does anyone in Ukraine have a black DELL U2312HM rev A06 monitor at all? there is

Regardless of which revision is the latest, you need to understand that "latest" does not necessarily equal "best". It can often just be cheaper. Not for you, but for the manufacturer ...

bought 2 monitors 2412 revision A06 from July 2013 - one monitor turns yellow. I had to set one 6500K to another 7500 - then the colors evened out. Though then through rgb more precisely exposed.
