An analogue of the Cisco deb ccsip messages / deb voice ccapi in Huawei (specifically AR2220) - what command?

I'm running SIP between a third-party PBX and Huawei AR2220 in PBX mode. Outgoing from Huawei towards another PBX - no questions (relatively), but there are questions about incoming ones. In response to an incoming INVITE, Huawei responds, as expected, first with 100 TRYING, and then with 403 Forbidden with the header Reason Q.850, CV=127 (Interworking Unspecified). How do you debug what is happening inside this Chinese product?
