What kind of microcircuits and microcontrollers are shown in the photo?

Hello,
I need to know which microcircuit is photographed in the photo on the right - arduino uno or something else?
Are the boards attached on top - are they shields or some kind of modules?
If they can be recognized from the photo.
Photo from bluesmart.com - can anyone tell me what components were supposedly used in the development?

The photo on the right is 100% not Arduino. This is most likely a kind of constructor for tests and debugging.
