CwRsync is now paid. What are the alternatives?

I have been using BackupPC and cwRsync for a long time and successfully to backup Windows machines. When deploying to a new site, I decided to check for a new version and found that it now costs money.
Actually the question is: maybe there is a fork, because. previously cwRsync was under the GPL or suggest alternatives.

For backup, you can use rsync directly from the command line. Everything is simple and there is no need to depend on anyone else. If synchronization is needed, then I use unison, it works stably, I have been using it for more than a year.
