How to make a backup on Windows?

Please advise how and what is better to make backups.
There are three computers, constantly turned on and connected to the network, with white IP addresses, in different geographical locations, in different networks.
There is a folder on one of them, this folder must be backed up on the other two PCs, let it be once a week.
How can I set up automatic copying and synchronization of this folder, archive?

vskidku:
- if it is permissible to work under one live account (or at least log in under it in onedrive, then you can work under both local and local domain. Generally different) 5 gig at your service. depending on the speed of the channels, the synchronization is close to instantaneous. + a copy on MS servers and access from a browser, from anywhere in the world (in the case of a one-time trouble in all three workplaces) there are nuances in the location of the synchronized folder. but pretty easy to get around if you get the hang of junk (symbolic links). if you choose this option - ask for details in the comments
- if the infa is confidential, so much so that even MS is dumb to entrust it (or it’s not clear with accounts, or 5GB is not enough, although you can buy it there), there is an open-source free solution, especially for paranoids https://github.com/syncthing/syncthingthe latest release was only 18 days ago, and the project is years old, so the solution has long gone from the raw stage, but is also quite active. was covered on Habré, so you can definitely find Russian-language materials. How fresh, I don't know. mobile devices are also supported, but for details, this is already in the source. the essence of the project is almost the same - realtime synchronization. as far as I remember without cloud storage. but you are talking about three computers in different geopoints. this can usually be considered very redundant (assuming real-time synchronization). if you still want to be safe - raise the 4th computer in any protected location, but only in the role of a keeper
, something like this

Plus it says above, https://github.com/syncthing/syncthing. 3 years flight is normal, I collect backups from 12 servers.

There is a great robocopy utility . Just supports folder synchronization!
You just need to write a script.
