Create identical folders in a large number of directories

Good afternoon.
It was required in connection with the transfer of content from one CMS to another.
As in Windows (Total Commander, but another solution is also possible), create a new folder with the same name in all folders of a certain directory. Just folders> 200, so I would like to somehow automate.
I'm not a programmer, so I won't be able to come up with 3 lines of code for the command line)))
Help the coder...
Thank you in advance.

For Total Commander. If all target folders are inside one, i.e. they can be displayed on the panel at the same time: select the target folders, create a folder with the desired name on another panel, mark it, F5, expand the “options” and check the box “Copy to all selected folders / links of the target panel”, copy.

Macros can also come in handy, for example, I use them often in FAR.
Macro - go to the directory (Enter), press F7, set the name of the desired directory, Enter, exit the directory (Ctrl-PgUp), down arrow (next).
