Which file storage CMS is better and why?

I was looking for a CMS to organize the storage of company files and to always have access to them, and so that the CMS could be easily finished later or make adjustments, I was offered many options, but the most common of them were the following:
1. ShareIt 2.1
2. FileHello
3. QuickNube .
Who used them and knows them - tell me which one is better to take for storing files and documents of the organization and so that you can always have access to them.
I make it difficult to choose - since they are all good in Demo.

The goals and objectives are not defined a little, except for storage. What's wrong with cloud storage? The same Dropbox does an excellent job, and there are a lot of analogues.
