Viewer with adequate SVG support and working search?

Win 10 x64 Pro
Quite often you have to look for icons in a purchased pack. There are a lot of files, different formats, but I only use one - SVG. Files have self-explanatory names like house, tree, etc., so you can search for them simply by their name (instead of grueling through hundreds of thumbnails).
The problem is that searching SVG icons by file name isn't as quick and easy as searching for regular bitmaps.
- Installed an extension for the explorer, which generates SVG previews as for ordinary pictures, but the explorer itself has some kind of stupid search. It just can't find the file in the deep directory structure half the time, even if I enter the exact name. I don't know why.
- ACDSee Pro 10 is able to search only at the first level of the directory, but not in subfolders, although in the settings there is a checkbox "search in subfolders". Some piper.
- Adobe Bridge CC2019 - very good at searching, and even displays SVG on previews, but these previews are like a toothache: pixel lines without antialiasing that turn into mush. According to them, it is impossible to adequately assess the suitability of the found icons for the current task, you have to open them in a normal viewer or illustrator.
- Total commander 9.21 - displays outlined icons as filled icons. That is, he does not know the concept of a stroke at all, he stupidly fills vector shapes on previews with color.
In general, the task seems to be simple:
1) The viewer should predictably be able to search for files throughout the directory structure and FIND them.
2) The viewer should adequately show thumbnails of SVG files.
So, the task is simple, but after testing such powerful and popular browsers that are listed above, the suspicion creeps in that it will not be easy to find a solution :( Help!

Hey!
Why do you need an explorer when there is software for conveniently searching for icons and dragging them right into the desired editor? For example: https://icons8.com/app/
There is both SVG and bitmap.

Didn't find what you were looking for?
