Forgot the program for bulk file renaming with csv import/export?

You need to bulk rename the files.
I know there are many tools, like total commander.
There was a program (I forgot the name) that allowed the following:

What it did:
It allowed you to export a list of names that we want to rename to TXT or CSV.
The interface is simple, something like this:
two areas: on the left are the sources (list of names) and the export button; on the right is the txt editor area and the import button.

I liked pyRenamer under Linux. Although without a literal export to CSV, it gave a preview of the result before the actual renaming. Look at the bottom of the page for its analogues, maybe yours is among them:
