What program to edit the context menu of Windows Explorer 10?

I would like to bring some of the most commonly used actions with files and folders to the first level of the Windows 10 Explorer context menu.
For example, certain 7z archiving items that are now in the submenu or opening the selected file with several editors. Those. to do it, for example, you could have a few lines in the explorer menu itself:
edit Paint.Net
edit Photoshop
watch 123 viewer
and at the same time remove all sorts of print items, do something and send by email that I don’t use. but I regularly accidentally click on them,
I know about articles that describe how to edit the windows registry for each action.
Is there a program with a convenient graphical interface for visually editing the context menu that appears on the right mouse button in Explorer?
