Cooler noise level on iMac 27" idle?

Tell me, can you hear your iMac 27 "(with ssd) in a quiet room, when nothing is running on it and it just stands and waits for you, and you are too lazy to turn it off? At least some noise and hum?
So how, tell me , please, how do you start the coolers after they are completely turned off (for example, when turning the poppy on and off or from the exit after a long sleep mode)?

When it was new, it didn’t buzz, then, clogged with dust, it began to buzz for any reason.
This is fine. If you upgrade something - clean it normally behind the screen.
