How to solve the problem with switching the video card from integrated to discrete?

Hello, after reinstalling from windows 7 to windows 8 32bit, the laptop began to make noise. Going into the device manager, I found that the driver for the Radeon HD7670M video card is not working, that is, there was an exclamation mark icon next to it. Then I deleted the faulty driver and downloaded the VGA AMD Driver from the Acer off site, but when I start it after the loader, I can’t remember exactly because it was 4 months ago, or there was just a black screen and nothing happened, but most likely it is. Or blue screen
and a reboot took place. In general, for one of these reasons, I downloaded the driver from the AMD off site for the Radeon HD7670M video card. After that, the driver in the device manager was displayed correctly. Next downloaded and installed the Catalyst Control Center. When I click on Switchable Graphics Settings, nothing happens. I suspect that the laptop does not switch from built-in to a discrete card, because when you start a 3D shooter in one of the social networks created based on Unity3d
it starts to make noise after about 30-40 minutes of play. At the same time, the room was cold somewhere around 20 degrees, and I also put a lid under the laptop so that there was ventilation. But no. It starts making noise after 5-6 hours of watching movies and launching primitive 2d shooters a little later. No dust was found inside the laptop, the laptop is 1 year old. For some reason, acer support is silent. Maybe because it's Saturday. In the BIOS settings, you can only set Integrated or switchable, that is, disabling the integrated one will not work. When I start the performance evaluation and the evaluation reaches the graphics, it starts to make a lot of noise and at the same time heats up quickly.
