Does Intel optane memory stress the processor?

A year ago I bought an Acer Aspire e5-576g laptop (i5-7200U, Nvidia MX150, 6 GB, HDD - 1 TB), with built-in 16 GB Intel optane memory. After some time, I decided to turn on Intel optane and noticed that my processor and HDD started to work at higher frequencies - before the processor load was 60% in games, now it is 100%. In this regard, the question arises about the possible "overclocking" of the HDD and the processor. I apologize for "thinking it out", unfortunately, my knowledge in this area can hardly be called superficial.
PS Attempts to disable Optane through Intel Rapid Storage Technology resulted in error 0xA0070031 (failed to disable), it is also impossible to disable via BIOS.

HDD cannot be overclocked - it cannot work at an increased frequency, it is not a processor.
I have not worked with a laptop like yours, but most likely what you call "load" on the HDD is the use of drives. And, most likely, all installed in the system.
Optane is essentially an NVME SSD. Although it is called "memory", it is not DRAM.
It is possible that when you turned it on, the system began to use it for greater speed. This is the usage you see in disk usage.
How the inclusion of Optan should affect the processor - for your particular case, unfortunately, I will not undertake to judge. As I wrote above, I did not have my own experience.

You must have enabled it in cache mode - the caching driver will, of course, load the processor.
Disable caching.

Intel does not explain what the error is but gives instructions
Strangely, the technology should not have affected the speed of the processor, this is a disk cache on another disk and was guaranteed to speed up disk work, so much so that ultimately hdd becomes similar in speed to ssd (after the cache has warmed up, i.e. when the typical data of your laptop usage has loaded onto the cache)
ps make a backup! it will not interfere in any way, it will cost a penny once, but it will save nerves and time

It cannot load itself, but the driver for it is quite like any other driver.
