Can't update BIOS on ACER laptop, what should I do?

BIOS update fails on ACER Aspire ES1-512 laptop.
downloaded from here, tried to run all three
At startup, it gives out this

Win10 x32 system.
What to do?

Try creating a bootable USB flash drive with Windows 8.1x64 or 10 and install the BIOS update from it.
