Why is the CPU of the laptop (Asus K55VD) getting hot?

Hello. Today I noticed that the cooler began to make noise, at CPU temperatures of 40-65 (no longer raised) degrees, although the CPU was only 10-30% loaded. Thought it was time to clean the laptop. I took it apart and cleaned it, changed the thermal paste, lubricated the cooler (with I-20 oil) and no effect, except maybe max. the temperature became 60. Everything was checked in the game Mass Effect 3. Well, in Heaven. It feels like everything is running on the Intel HD. For games I use PE4C 3.0 (adapter for external video card GTX 560ti). I test at the highest all the norms, at least 30 fps gives out that the iGPU is beyond the power. Well then why the processor strains? If I run the game on the iGPU, the CPU temperature is around 65, what the hell. Previously, this did not happen at all. The most interesting thing is that the CPU is only used at 10-30%, and the temperature is 60. In general, what could be the problem in the software part? Or do you still need a new cooler? Maybe someone faced a similar problem?

Not myself, but I read it. The heat pipe could have failed.
To check - during operation, it should be hot along the entire length, and not hot at the processor and cold at the other end. Or remove it - warm it up slightly on the gas from the processor side. Similarly, it should be hot along the entire length.
