Problem with the climate in the office?

Please help me with a very serious issue.
Summer is coming, we survived the past with difficulty :) We have an office in a building that is not the best planned - problems with stuffiness and temperature. Rectangular office approximately 115 square meters, about 25 people. 1 air conditioner in the ceiling, full-wall windows on the smaller side of the rectangle, open, but this is clearly not enough.
Maybe someone faced with the problem of climate in a large office? How was the problem solved?

It is wise to move to a normal office.

Only additional air conditioners. There is for indoor installation, but it is required to remove the pipe to remove hot air. If the windows are on the sunny side, hang the blinds. Well, or you can put a jacuzzi and sit in swimming trunks :)

It seems to me that if you stick reflective film on the windows, this is a good start. In our building next door, all the windows are “brilliant”. Personally, we toned one room. It helped with the blinding sun, but not with the heat. Plus we put fans. They move air pretty well. Although we have a room divided into offices.
In general, we decided to move to another office. For a number of other reasons.

Air conditioning for 115 square meters (and the ceilings are probably not like in apartments, but higher)? Well, the air conditioner, in this case, I’m just for show, only a serious split system can handle such a space, and not some kind of parody of it. Either really a bunch of air conditioners, or change the current one to more serious devices.

If the option of finding a job with a good air conditioner is not an option, then the option of upgrading the air conditioning system.

There have already been thoughts about reflective film. I will support. I have a hefty glazed balcony on the south side of my house. It's hell in the summer. Zapodly that all the windows in the apartment go exactly there. So, last year I pasted a mirror film on the glass, from the nearest underground passage, like this forum.detochka.ru/journal/uploads/4194/j4194_1278962008th.jpg. True, I didn’t really understand where she has the right side, but it really helped. Of course, it didn’t get cold from her, but the difference in heating of glued and unglued glass was really felt. Underneath - when peeling off, half of the mirror layer remained on the glass, apparently it was pasted on the wrong side. Google suggested that people have learned to scrub the resulting sludge with a shumanit, and this really helps, although not as easy as we would like.
My father was smarter. He stretched a similar film on a light wooden frame and stupidly put this screen on the windowsill.
