The situation is such, no matter how strange it may seem, but the computer hangs before loading the desktop with random colors filling the entire monitor under conditions that the room is below 20 degrees. This does not happen on subsequent reboots. Another point - on loading the logo of the manufacturer of the mat. boards appear three blinking dots, this indicates that the computer will freeze, if there are none, then everything will go smoothly.
All this arose when I plugged in a new geforce 760 and a 500 W power supply.
No freezes occur without firewood on the video card.
Mat. msi board. Bios updated. Windows 7 msdn.

PSU new and good? If not, then that's the reason. Low-quality electrolytic conders can change characteristics depending on temperature.

There are many options: a defective card, a low-quality block, memory, mat glitches. fees. Only testing by substituting known-good components can reveal the problem.

Never met the minimum allowable operating temperature.
1. Or replace the PSU - make sure that it's in the vidyuhi - and butt with the service ...
2. Or in the Win7 settings System - Advanced Options - Boot and Recovery - Recovery Options - set 2-3 minutes. I hope the vidyuha warms up and starts up normally. And wait for more obvious problems in order to pass the warranty normally.
