Comp at startup enters an infinite loop
It starts and accelerates and slows down the fans - and so on endlessly. It sounds so zhzhzh ... zhzhzh ... zhzhzh ... zhzhzh ... Empirically
determined that if you pull out the vidyahu, then the launch occurs normally. But I put the old vidyahu - the same thing.

try:
1. reset the bios
2. make sure the video card is working (they brought me a computer with exactly the same symptoms, the problem was swollen capacitors, soldered it and everything was fine)
Perhaps the percent died, it was with a friend, he constantly restarted the computer and when the video was pulled out, the valves simply turned. It’s like a “feature” of some motherboards with overclocking support, if the CPU doesn’t start up several times, they try to reset the CPU settings and then restart again, but apparently they don’t check if there were changes in the BIOS, and go in cycles. It is advisable to find a computer with the same socket from friends so that you can swap the prots.
