Why does the monitor turn off?

There is a video card (Inno3D GeForce GTX 1070 iChill HerculeZ).

Sometimes the video stream to the monitor is turned off, the video processing itself takes place (at least games, videos, workflow or Windows do not crash, but continue to work normally). My assumption is that this is a transition from energy saving to performance, just then the image disappears for 1-2 seconds. Previously stood on the platform 1155 with i3-2120, i3-2100 and 8 GB 1600 frames. Blinking right during the game, watching videos, etc. Recently moved to i3-8100 and 8gb 2400 memory. Blinking has become less frequent and only when I go into more or less heavy games. That is, when you enter the game, it turns off once for 1-2 seconds and after exiting 1-2 seconds. The drivers are up to date and correct, power saving is turned off wherever possible. Ran tests and stuff - everything works fine. I monitored the card during games and idle time - everything is also normal.
