Is it a video card (worked for 7 months)?

Hello. I wanted to check how the temperature in the case would change, when the PC was turned on, I took out the fan from the mat. board. The screen went out. When you turn it on again, there is sound, but there is no image. On the motherboard, vga lcd is on. everything works, without firewood the computer sees the video card (in the manager), I put firewood, a yellow triangle appears. Restart-black screen.

While they were taking it out, they hit the video card and it burned out, or the Pci-e slot. Try in another slot, if it doesn't work, then the video card needs to be restored.

Another slot on the mat. There is no board. On another computer, it does not display an image. Can it be repaired under warranty?
