CloudFlare upload size limit how to bypass without changing the tariff plan?

Now I'm working on the task of uploading files over 100 megabytes. CloudFlare appears to have a 100 megabyte download limit. Option 1 is to change the tariff plan, but I think the client will not go for it, option 2 is to split on the client in chunks of 100 megabytes or less and rewrite the front and backend.
Perhaps I missed something and you somehow solved such a problem by other methods?
