Why is cloudflare blocking my scripts?

For some reason I don't understand, cloudflare blocks some of my js scripts and sometimes even simple images:

If I turn off caching by turning on Development Mode, then everything is fine, everything is loaded:

Who knows why cloudflare does this? And how can I prevent him from blocking my js files?

it means that the file was not pulled up for various reasons
