How to send requests to the site through Cloudflare?

Good day.
Today I decided to put clouflare on my site (in order to avoid problems), which is a personal account for users + separate software that sends data to this site and is generally associated with it entirely.
After successfully setting up cloudflare, I found out that my software now simply cannot "reach out" to the site with direct requests, as it was before.
Actually a question - what to do in such situation?
Disabling cloudflare in the future may lead to the fact that sooner or later my service will be dropped, and with cloudflare enabled, the software will stop working altogether.
