Client for Google Images?

Greetings.
Background: In order to use image search, you first need to take this picture from somewhere :) I participate in autoquests (EN, DozoR) and there are tasks in the form of pictures that need to be thrown into Google or TinEye. Usually a screenshot is taken and the desired picture is already cut out of it, which is fed where necessary.
Question: Is it possible to somehow automate taking a screenshot, cropping a certain (selected) area of the screen and uploading to Google Images? Now for the first two tasks I use FastStone Capture - but for a long time. Cut while you save... Image

Purpose: Cut out pieces and send them for identification in Tineye/Google Images.

PS OS - Windows 7.

Somehow you solve the problem from the wrong end. I don't know what browser you have, but there is an addon for firefox by tineye for example .

It is absolutely not clear what is in the first picture (which is equal to the sum of the others). Try to either describe it somehow, or give it an enlarged version. Otherwise, I can only advise you to skip the step with screenshots, and immediately give a link to Google / Tinay to your picture, it seems, if I'm not mistaken, they were also looking for pieces of pictures.
