Does Google+ and Odnoklassniki have an API that allows you to post to groups?

I figured it out on VKontakte, after moderation, posts are automatically posted to a group along with a picture, hash tags and a link to the site (+ the script analyzes the last added post and the pending post, so everything is fasting evenly and posting can be, for example, every 4 hours).
With Twitter, everything is clear.
Facebook has one minus - a token for 60 days, but you can live with it.
Interested in Google+, Odnoklassniki. I didn’t find it with them, if I’m wrong, give a link to the documentation.
Maybe someone has alternative solutions for these networks?
I would like to do it like in VK, I take a minimum of participation in the group.

in OK there is a hidden method of posting to a group, Write to support and, perhaps, you will be given a dock and rights, although I can not vouch) But this is reliable information.
apiok.ru/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=46137373, but I won’t say about Google, I didn’t see
I can't say for sure about G+.
I’ll say about Odnoklassniki: this functionality is not provided there. The variant of actions is this, at least I did this: everything through cUrl:
- log in (get cookies)
- post to the group.
The script can be hung on kroner - it will be the same as you have for VK.
There is a mediatopic.post method in OK , it can post to a group.
