What can a disabled Chrome extension do? Suppose I installed some extension that downloads videos from YouTube, but this extension has a lot of rights, what it can do without my asking. Yes, it shouldn't.
Although I’m not even sure in Windows that the system doesn’t collect anything and sends it somewhere. No one will talk about it. Unless a Windows developer is at gunpoint.
