Hello. I would like to know in what ways I can withdraw the money earned by selling an Android application (or, maybe, advertising in the application) on Google Play when I am in Russia.
On the Internet there is a lot of different information on this topic. Somewhere they write that I am obliged to pay tax, and somewhere - that transfers are considered private and you can not worry about anything. Yes, and many of the posts that I found are already 1-3 years old.
Actually, I want to get real information on how I can withdraw money and not worry about having to pay fines, etc.

I withdraw from AdMob to paypal, and I spend from it. In the meantime, earnings are not so big, so I don’t worry about taxes.
