Cisco Aironet 1600 Series Access Point. How to enable Wi-Fi visibility?

There is a "shaitan" Cisco Aironet 1600 Series Access Point.
There are 2 interfaces:
1. WiFi1 - 802.11 at 2.4GHz
2. WiFi2 - 802.11 at 5GHz
They are hidden from "people". It will connect if you manually enter the Point name and password.
How/Where to enable visibility of these interfaces? English is zero.
PS I did not set it up, it's not me, it's not mine and I don't need it =)
Thank you.

As far as I know, everything is configured on the controller and regulated. Most likely you need to go to the WISP controller and remove hide. Either through the browser's web interface or through Putty.
