What's wrong with the network?

Hello everyone, why is this happening? The two subnets are connected via a router, the machine from under which ping and nmap are launched is on a different subnet. Why does the ping pass, but nmap does not see these hosts?

I don't get it - what exactly is going on? It looks like the output is cut off.
Maybe everything on the router is cut by the firewall?
And you don't have to post it as a picture. Better to text.
