I would like:

1. Price <= 7,000 rubles.
2. VPN throughput (IPSEC 3DES) >= 80 Mbps
3. Simple settings are desirable (the system administrator is a beginner there)

At the moment, the choice consists of 2 models - D-Link DSR 500 and TP-Link TL-ER6120 Where

to stop?

Look at Mikrotiks, there are very smart models with 1-2 GB of memory.

I won’t say about tp-link, dlink definitely doesn’t hold 80Mbps ipsec
up to 7000, I think you will hardly find it, I would advise juniper srx100 about 60Mbps, if you need 100Mbps then srx220, but this is clearly more than your budget
