How to raise routing, tunnels, VPN and NAT?
Hello!
Due to the delays of providers, we decided to make a temporary network solution. The scheme will be as follows: a computer with Windows 10 pro 1903 (19H1) x64 to which a phone is connected via USB, an L2 / L3 switch is connected to the PC network card, to which the local network is connected. How to raise routing, NAT, ACL and tunnel (GRE / IPSec or OpenVPN TCP or Eoip / IPSec) on a PC?! I thought about RouterOS, but will it work in this scheme at all. The ideal option would be to install the OS of Cisco routers, but where can I get it ?! Keenetic OS 2 has good functionality, but how to put it on a PC? Please answer according to my options or suggest another solution (software for Windows 10 x64 is possible) !!!
Ps We kindly request - do not change the tags!

I love reading your "questions" :) What is not an opus, then something like this:
read sdsm, understand that evil physics will not help to deal with delays, stop building a bicycle and a trolleybus
I didn’t understand - will you have a tyrnet from the phone or something? In the sense - from the asshole 3G? Why not then stop making a trolleybus out of a loaf of bread, and not buy a router with 3G support?
Sharing the Internet in windows is an action in a couple of clicks and nothing has changed since XP (or maybe 2000). I have nothing to answer to the rest of the stream of thoughts about RouterOS, Cisco IOS and Keenetic OS 2, because two of them work on their own hardware. And for PC there is pfsence, it will be simpler than RouterOS. (my personal opinion)
