Is it possible to organize a VPN based on a wifi router?

Situation:
There is a house in the private sector where the Internet is provided by a greedy provider, where you cannot do without a proxy / vpn. Also an apartment where the Internet is provided by a not greedy provider, in which an ASUS wifi router is installed.
Idea:
I want to organize a VPN on a wifi router, so that all traffic from a greedy provider goes to the router, and then from the router to the Internet. Preferably with encryption so that the greedy ISP knows what I'm transmitting and couldn't limit the speed.
Question:
Is it possible to organize all this? If so, how is it correct, while only I had access? How will this affect speed?
Thanks in advance.

Yes, it can be done in theory. Without the technical details of the hardware and software, it is impossible to say for sure.
Losses in speed will be 50 percent at best due to the low performance of the router if there is no support for hardware encryption. Those. choose the lightest encryption method available to minimize overhead. Restricting access by login, password and / or certificate, depending on the selected vpn protocol. Without encryption, a greedy provider is more likely to reveal the intent immediately.

All this can be arranged. But I doubt it will help. Because vpn tunnel at best will be the "width" of the same channel from the "greedy" provider minus the overhead (overhead) for the vpn tunnel itself.
Or do you have a "direct" channel from the house to the apartment, bypassing the "greedy" provider?
.. or I did not understand something))

I do not get you. What does "greedy" mean?
Either way, traffic will go from "greedy" to his uplink, to his uplink's uplink, and so on. until he gets to the point where he can go to the "non-greedy". The meaning of a VPN is usually to hide the traffic passing through it, "greed" or "non-greed" does not really play a piano here. Now, if he was not "greedy", but "curious" - yes, but now he is supposed to be like that :DDD
