Which router to choose for vpn (rack)?

I leave the office unattended (I leave for another job). Therefore, I remove everything that can somehow break.
It remains to deal with vpn, since the old admin got a piece of iron reflashed to Linux, with openvpn, which distributes nat then for some reason nat, in general, I demolish all this and do everything on a hard standard solution.
Wanted:
Inexpensive managed router.
Knows how to create vpn and keeps it stable. -RDP + mesh.
Distributes NAT
The number of ports is not important, if there are ordinary ports for the network, then 1Gb - if the price does not go into
1U clouds, Only rack-mount!
Ease of setup. (since there will no longer be an admin in the office)
Price range 5-15

Mikrotik, but just take into account that openvpn only has tcp. It is better to pass at once to ipsec.
