Access to shared folder on win c ubuntu?

The problem is as old as the world. There is a folder on Windows just a folder with files. It is open to general access from under Windows, there is no problem to enter it. But with my ubunta some kind of trouble. This is what the workrgoup workgroup folder looks like. In fact, there are 20 computers.
