How to count coordinates including frame width?

Hello! I am writing a website builder. In general, the screenshot shows small blue dots for resizing the element. The problem is that if I specify a frame in my constructor, then the coordinates of these points will be counted without counting the width of the frame. I need blue dots to be at the very top (right on the top border of the frame
