Criteria:

• discounts for partners

I have been using www.omegahost.ru for 3 years already, the support is good, they sell .ru domains for 99 rubles. .com for ~350 rub.
As I understand it, they resell domains from a reg.ru account. One domain transferred from omegahost to reg.ru without any problems, in general, any maneuvers.
