Can a domain be blocked in the .com and .pro zones for providing incorrect contact details (address, email, phone, etc.)?

An example of a situation: the domain is registered in the .pro zone, the postal address and phone number are left-handed data that is not related to the owner of the domain in any way. Can the registrar block such a domain if it suddenly discovers a discrepancy between the contact details of reality?
