The domain has not been resolved for 2 weeks. What to do?

Two weeks ago I registered DNSy to the site. But so far it is not available worldwide. Even in large places is not available than is available.

Already tried a bunch of DNS, I don't understand what to do?

Leave only cloudflare (they respond normally).

And who will tell the DNS servers to take care of your domain? Which of them is the main one, who is the secondary one - did you set it up?
