Change mouse cursor on click

Is it possible in Windows 7 to change the cursor when clicking on the mouse button?
To work in any window (for example, a browser).

It is unlikely that by standard means, most likely something will need to be set, such as CursorXP.

And then I just realized that you need something wrong :)
