Why does my mouse and keyboard turn off at the same time?

Good night, once a day, less than 2, the mouse and keyboard are turned off at the same time, which are connected to the usb 2.0 connectors next to the network adapter. The bulbs do not light up if you pull them out and insert them back into the same ports - nothing happens, but if you insert them into the blue usb 3.0 ports, then everything starts working fine. Maybe all due to the fact that the new hardware is installed in the old case, which is almost not blown through, the components overheat?

The computer is only a week old, all components are new:
PSU: Chieftec 500W BDF-500S
Mother: Gigabyte b450m s2h Processor
: Amd Ryzen 5 1600 AF
Video card: Gtx 1650 super
Memory: DDR4 16GB 3000Mhz Corsair Vengeance LPX Black (CMK16GX4M2B3000C15), running exp 3000
SSD: Crucial 250 GB MX 500 (CT250MX500SSD1) and a 500 GB hard drive for file storage from an old PC that is already crumbling.
I can't figure out what the problem is. In very old keyboards with a mouse, or with a PSU and a motherboard, which is very cheap.

USB ports are placed on the "face" of the case. Since the case is old , I vanguy that the problem may be in them. Floating power leakage to ground; at random times, the leak increases to what is defined as a short circuit, the USB controller goes into protection and disables all USB 2.0 ports at once.
To check, try to pull out the cable from the motherboard that goes to the front USB ports.
